These terms govern your use of the Angrezify Android app and related services, operated by TrendMindAI ("we", "us"). By installing or using Angrezify, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Angrezify converts speech in Indian languages into polished English text, and places that text into whichever app you are typing in. It also offers in-app translation and message-drafting tools.
It is a writing aid. It is not a translator of record, a legal or medical document service, or a substitute for professional advice.
New accounts get a 3-day free trial with full functionality. No payment is taken during the trial, and it does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — when the trial ends, the app simply asks whether you want to subscribe.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. Payment is taken by Google, using whichever method you have on your Google account — UPI, card, wallet or Play balance. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Google will attempt to renew on the same date each month; if payment fails, Google retries and may place your subscription on hold before cancelling it.
If we change the price of a plan, existing subscribers are told in advance through Google Play and may cancel before the new price applies. If you are on the locked launch price and keep your subscription active, that price does not change.
You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
To cancel: open Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Angrezify → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged.
Because Google Play processes the payment, refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, not by us directly.
Partial refunds for unused days of a month are not normally given, because you retain access for the period you paid for.
"Unlimited" means unlimited normal personal use. To keep the service working for everyone, we may limit or suspend accounts that:

Angrezify uses automated speech recognition and language models. These are very good, but they are not perfect. Recognition can mishear words, especially with background noise, and the English produced may not always carry your exact meaning.
The app always shows you the text before it is inserted, and shows the original transcript underneath. Please read it before you send. You are responsible for what you send.
Do not rely on Angrezify alone for anything where a mistake would be costly — legal documents, medical instructions, financial commitments or safety-critical communication.
We aim to keep Angrezify running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on the internet, on your device, and on third-party providers. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature entirely, we will give notice and, where fair, a pro-rata refund.
What you dictate, and the text produced from it, belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your messages to train models.
The Angrezify name, logo, app and design belong to us. You may use the app; you may not copy, redistribute, decompile or create a competing product from it.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Angrezify is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or the consequences of a message you chose to send.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
You may stop using Angrezify at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. For changes that affect your rights or the price you pay, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Angrezify after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — most things are quicker to fix directly.
